Took it outside as its well cold here at the moment, and i thought it might make a bit higher clock, it was staying cold enough but i am a noob intel clocker and i said i would stop at 1.6v as i dont want to damage anything before i have had time to bench it

Yep it's a good old 7900gtx, its the easiest card i have to slot in and out all the time and weighs nothing lol. I prefer amd to intel but I think that's because I've been a amd fanboy for so long and this intel bios is a wash with strange terminology that I don't have a clue what to do with, it seems like its just up the multi and that's about it

Nice run keny so i guess i did miss some tweaks most for the tweaks i tried i got working in W7 with lower clocks but when i got in XP with higher clocks the tweaks didn't work guess i should of tried harder and did wazza work for you i gave up on that tweak to again nice run

Load Line Calibration, if set properly, will raise voltage under load (when in reality it just plain raises it no matter what).
